In its first edition, the new music festival in Trentino.
Three weekends of music, memories, ideas, places, recalling world war centenary and celebrating 450 years since the birth of Claudio Monteverdi.

"Resonances", the title of this first edition, evokes musical echoes between one era and another and celebrated a number of anniversaries, also very different in nature, that go to a sound memory faceted: from 450 years since the birth of Monteverdi, at the centenary of the first world war.

The first edition of "Settenovecento – musical encounters in Rovereto" stems from a joint project of WAM International w.a. Mozart Festival in Rovereto, Centro Internazionale di Studi Riccardo Zandonai and Academy of ancient music. With the purpose of unifying the many musical offerings of the area into a single calendar of concerts, the three realities of Trentino birthed a artistic, organisational and promotional collaboration model unique who, while leveraging the advantages of cooperation, enhances the individuality of the persons included.

Art direction, shared by Angela Romagnoli (WAM Mozart Festival), Romano Vectors (Music Academy), Diego Cescotti and Luis Felipe (Centro Studi Zandonai), has packed a high profile Billboard that makes the variety its strength, combining with a certain freedom genres, historical periods, memories, thoughts, and places.

The artist Laurina Paperina signed festival flyer that brings together, in the cover of the Beatles ' Sgt Pepper's, 50 years to the day after its release, the festival guest artists and composers of music: from helium and winds associated with Beethoven, from Mozart to Vivaldi.

The festival is divided into three weekends: April 22-25, may 5-7, May 11-14
