"Memoriae" celebrates the vote at our Lady help of Christians with music and theatre performances, guided tours, thematic exhibitions, wine and ancient country recipes.
The municipality of Flywheel hosts this year the 16th edition of the event Memoriae, popular devotions and the peasant world an event to find out the true soul of the community that does not forget the values that has its roots.
The history, the architecture, the territory of Flying are enhanced with various artistic events to be found along the central street, the old section that combines the beautiful parish church of the purification of Mary, the oldest documented building Flying, with the Church of San Rocco, a little gem with frescoes dating back to the second half of the fifteenth century.
In Memoriae you will find:
-Shows.
-Thematic exhibitions.
-Art exhibitions in the hallways.
-Small market of hobbyists.
-Traditional local dishes accompanied by local wines.
The organizers, acknowledging the profound cultural value of Slow food have decided to undertake a process of collaboration with the Slow Food Vallagarina upper Garda, trying to harmonize in the plates of the Festival the traditional flavors and Slow Food Food ethic.
