Four Saturdays, eight itineraries, actors and actresses who are telling anecdotes, historical events, curiosities related to some of the characters and landmarks in Rovereto.
A theatrical journey to the discovery of the protagonists of the past Rovereto, starting from Riccardo Zandonai, where you will get to know the characters that have shaped the history of theatre, until the meeting with Fortunato Depero in the Museum which he wanted and created. A great opportunity to discover or rediscover the city.
What will happen?
If you are already registered, you can present yourself directly in piazza del Mart 5 minutes before departure. You will be welcomed two actresses in 19th-century costume that interpret two servette. When the group will be to complete the itinerary will begin. The first stop will be at the Teatro Zandonai where Annetta and Reef will take you back in time to 1784, when, with the opera by Cimarosa “Giannina e Bernardone, was inaugurated the Teatro Sociale. Inside the theater you will meet Arun M, the architect who designed and followed the construction of the theater, “Smith of the new incanto” as it is called by Reef, which is a little blown away. Between gossip, Annetta and Reef will then route through the streets of the historic centre towards Casa d’Arte Futurista Depero. In the beautiful Hall of tapestries, Fortunato Depero will return to acting, as he had done in 1942 at just the Zandonai Theatre, its famous “Hymn to war.” Will think again Annetta and Reef to defuse the tension by offering the public a toast “Futurist”.
